Yelling Bird's Voice?
« on: 23 Nov 2009, 20:13 »

Uhm, don't know where to put this.
Silly little question.
Does anybody else imagine Yelling Bird as having Gilbert Gottfried's voice?
Maybe it's just because I watched Aladdin so much as a kid, and that has Iago the parrot.
Anyway.

I think Gilbert Gottfried is a fairly safe bet here.

I used to hear my brother's gravelly, yet high pitched squeal.

I know, no help to you guys.  But yeah, Gilbert Gottfried's as good as anyone else.

And now, thanks to syrupykeyboard, we're all going to hear him!  Thanks sooo much...

He is in my top ten voice over artists ever. As is Patrick Warburton. Who I hear almost all the time. I alrenate between him, Fran Drescher, Joyce Grendfell & Stephen Fry for my inner monologue. That probably says bad things about me.

Yelling Bird: I could see either Lewis Black or Gilbert Gottfried.

I didn't think of Randy as being that slick.  More on the dense side.  But Armand could make a good yelling bird...

Stan Laurel? Colin Mochrie? Jim Gaffigan? Armin Shimerman?

People, did you miss the part about Randy being female and Australian? I'm thinking of Gigi Edgley (Farscape's Chiana, first scene in the clip) - and not just because she is HOTNESS PERSONIFIED.

I still stand by Stan Laurel.  His soothing light tones when not upset, his shrill falsetto when he was, and he was clearly the "wife" of the Laurel and Hardy team.

Or one of the Monty Python "ladies"...
