I ended up googling "Why did Rob and Adrienne break up?" because I had no idea Rob and Adrienne are. Now I'm kind of angry that I know. Shoulda thought that baby through.

Does the google game mean we use the same opening questions because if so, have at you sir! And if not, please find enclosed the differences between Google NZ and Google Australia.

And one extra because one of the questions posed is kind of interesting?

All I know is that I entered "how do" and got "how does craigslist make money" as a possibility, got really intrigued, clicked on it, and discovered something hilarious.  Craigslist charges a flat 25$ for job listings in 6 of its biggest markets, as well as 75$ for job listings in San Francisco and 10$ for a successful apartment brokering in NYC.  That's it.  It has a couple dozen employees, which are its biggest yearly expense as a business.  It's got a completely ass-backwards (or, in my opinion, fantastic) business model that prioritizes the ease and satisfaction associated with using the website above everything else, including profit.  I'm so happy to have discovered this.

Carry on guys.  This thread is really funny.

Yeah, just yesterday in journalism we spent quite a bit of time asking google what people want to know about different races. Most people are just confused as to why every race smells?

Meh.  I turn off autocomplete to avoid this kind of rubbish.

I've only just figured out how to turn auto-complete off in OpenOffice Writer. Now that is an irritating function.

There's actually a prank you can learn about if you talk to old school microbiologists. Basically, you take a non-microbiologist friend out to the bar and when they're in the bathroom you spike their drink with a dye called methylene blue (it has to be a dark beer like guiness, or else it's very noticeable). Then while they're drinking you tell them about this horrible new disease called "blue herpes" where the first sign is blue urine, followed by whatever horrible painful symptoms you want to make up. Methylene blue gets filtered out by the kidney, so fairly small amounts of it get concentrated in the urine producing ridiculously blue urine.

.....Just ignore the fact that methylene blue has been found to be slightly carcinogenic.
