God forbid a woman not immediately bow to societal pressure to give a man whatever he demands, right? Penelope rocked in today's comic, I hope she removes Angus' head from his shoulders.

Hear, hear! Angus is packing a pretty huge sense of entitlement in this strip, and deserves to be slapped down. If some guy, who was no particular friend of mine, rocked up to me at work with some random blather, and then felt free to tell me I was "really bad at this" when I didn't dance to his tune, I'd ream him an extra orifice too.

With whom do I lodge a formal complaint?

Angus also seems not to have noticed the third special on the board. (Today's specials do seem to be Penelope's work.)

Ha. Notice when Penny is in charge, the board actually has normal Specials.  She has no aptitude for snark.  How did she become a barista?

Coercion, remember? But that's not important right now. What is important is that every time I look at this comic, I think "presentation." Especially in panel 5. Maybe 6, too.

Is the whale song still the 'Reference du jour' for the Decemberists?  I would think by now the reference would be a wounded fawn or child murderer or something.  Or at least something from Crane Wife.

All applications for redress of grievance are to be filed with your section head - they will decide within two weeks if they are able to resolve said grievance, or determine who does have the authority to do so and will forward your grievance to them fr resolution, ensuring that you are so informed.

Or you can suck it up and solve the problem yourself

Now all you need to do is blow ROC

Republic of China? Rocketry Organization of California? Registrar of Contractors?

this thread is way too creepy
In what way? The sudden Airplane references and quotes? The not so subtle fan-shipping? The constant questions?

Looks like I picked the wrong week to stop doing amphetamines.

Seeing as how your avatar is of Tai, who has been known before to recreationally (is that really not in spell check?) use drugs, I find that too plausible.

And it just who is shipping who?  Not I, I assure you. I simply noticed Penelope frames rather than defends.

Oh, god, I think I don't even see stuff like that anymore. My brain, in an effort to preserve sanity, must censor it as soon as I read it.

Something like: Once Dora gets settled in I'm sure that she would be happy blah blah blah blah blah.
