Last night, I dreamed I was talking to Marten and he said that pooling his salary and Dora's income brought them up to $40,000 per year. I expressed envy at how low the cost of living was for them.

In a separate dream, my monthly bill for QC was over $3000 with a credit for most of that, but still leaving it at double the usual 30-some dollars per month. That was the same dream in which Jeph's domain was taken over by a domain squatter.

What are other people's QC dreams? I hope none of them involve Pintsize.

Jeph is already getting referral fees from her, according to 1266, but that's a guest strip.

Something about the idea of seeing an imaginary psychiatrist tickles my sense of recursive humor.

I had plenty of Babylon 5 dreams, but just one night of QC dreams. It seems to resonate less with my subconscious.

I've been rereading the Dark Tower series, and last night I had a dream where Roland, Eddie, Susannah, Jake, Oy, and I were back at the way station for some reason, and this dude walks up who thanks to dream logic I am sure that it is Faye Whitaker's dad. So I say hi, ask him if he is not in fact Mr. Whitaker, does he not have two daughters, he says yes and I punch him. I yell at him, all like "Do you have any idea how much you've hurt your family Faye almost died in a car wreck." Then I help him up off the ground and I'm all like "Hey sorry dude I can understand at least a bit how you could've done what ye did, I've had the thought upon occasion myself but man you really messed up your family." Then he asks how they are, all like "Car wreck?! A huh buh duh wuh?" and I tell him about that, and how now Faye is in Mass. and has a job and good friends and stuff. Then he asks how I know her and I have to explain the whole "You're part of a webcomic where I come from" thing. Then I ask him if he wants to join our quest for the Dark Tower and I forget what happened after that.

tl;dr "Mr. Whitaker, you have forgotten the face of your father!"

Man, all I dream about is the future. Of the "real world" such as it is. Not even one anthro-PC yet, all the way out to 2035. But that's probably because of the war.

The main character is Wesley Crusher. The entire show takes place in 10 Forward. The borg are now anthro-pc, which is cute except when you realize the true horror of the new assimilation process. (It's sort of like crushing a Humvee to the size of a Yugo. )
