The scary thing is that you don't know which one of them is more likely to do the deed.

The Poster behind Hanners is perfectly placed too.

I'm calling Hannelore's bluff.  Buffalo Bill was far too messy for her to emulate.

I agree with zagraf; if she can joke about it, Marigold can get over it. And all she has to do is ask Dora, Marten—anyone but Sven, I'd guess—to know she's just stepped into a very, very large boat. As for Hanners, yep, time to down that Ativan. She's been a trooper, though—surely she's earned a little crack-up time now.

Hooking up with your roommate...
...is, indeed, a terrible idea    - 17 (27.4%)
...is okay when you're desperate.    - 6 (9.7%)
...is how I met my current boyfriend/girlfriend.    - 0 (0%)
...is how my parents met up.    - 0 (0%)
...is how my parents had me!    - 2 (3.2%)
...means you have to share your pancakes.    - 37 (59.7%)

I see your Buffalo Bill and raise you Ed Gein. He actually made a "female suit" out of the skin of women, amongst other things. Pretty much every fictional psychopath/serial killer in film is based on that twisted motherfucker.

I voted against DNA testing, and I can understand most of the other options. But "Not to spy on Marigold with a high-power telescope"? That's just crazy talk. I mean, in a city, what else is a high-powered telescope* for?

*Or binoculars, zoom lens, what have you.

Edit: now that I think about it, Hanners and the Mod One do have similar hairstyles.

I prefer the one I was thinking of.

Hear, hear!  Although Haners may have some difficulty filling one out.  Maybe if Marigold were to borrow it..?

Oh, and eggs for breakfast are a much better option than pancakes after a night of (fine) bourbon.  You need the protien for speedier recovery.

That is, if your stomach agrees.

The night my brother became of legal drinking age he and his buddies went out to celebrate.  About an hour after "Last Call" my Dad was awakened by the door bell.  There on the porch was my brother, wasted.  Dad brought him to the upstairs bathroom where my brother proceeded to vomit for about 2 hours.  Then he crawled into bed.

Next morning my Dad woke him up at 9:00 AM, so that he could have the breakfast of bacon and eggs before getting to Church for Sunday service.

Dad's rationale -"Man enough to drink yourself stupid, man enough to get up the next morning and live up to your responsibilities." (the family was the door greeters that Sunday)

Funny, my brother made sure never to tie one on to the point where he couldn't function the next day ever again.

And I, I got confirmation that my Dad did indeed have a twisted sense of humour.

You're off by one, 1636 was Monday's, the current one is 1638 for Wednesday.

Monday and Tuesday went up pretty late even by Jeph's standards, and Wednesday went up closer to the regular time.

Well, it's common knowledge that a lot of men get turned on by lesbian sex.  But to be honest, I don't know of many (alright, any) women who'd be turned on by gay male sex...

Of course, most of the women I know are lesbians.  Their consensus is that male bodies are icky, so not fun to watch.

Wait, that makes me the male equivalent of a fag hag, doesn't it?  Is there a name for that?

Any suggestions?

At the risk of pissing off the sizable anime contingent on the board....isn't that what yaoi is all about? I have only a vague awareness of Japanese animation/manga/etc and very little interest in learning more, but I thought there was, in fact, enough interest in drawings of good-lookin' dudes kissing to support a niche market....and Marten and Steve are drawings, after all.

Really? Because I know PLENTY. Including lesbians. (A lot of lesbians write m/m romance/sex fanfiction. Not kidding. Or maybe that should be "it's not that uncommon for authors of m/m fanfiction to be lesbians.")

Also, this is not restricted to comics:

http://www.emo-corner.com/emo-boys-kissing/    http://www.emo-corner.com/forums/index.php?autocom=gallery&req=si&img=9890

And just ask any female fan of movies like "Velvet Goldmine" what their favorite scene is...

Oh, sousuke-kuuuun.

Or possibly...

Wait, that makes me the male equivalent of a fag hag, doesn't it?  Is there a name for that?

Any suggestions?

See, this is why these WCT's with polls are hard to do - coming up with daily polls.

Other things Hannelore needs to promise:

Not to spy on Marigold with a high-power telescope.    - 6 (13.6%)
Not to test her blood sample for DNA abnormalities.    - 17 (38.6%)
Not to scream in agony if she hugs her again.    - 3 (6.8%)
Not to go postal if she forgets to leave pocky on the floor again.    - 1 (2.3%)
Pancakes for breakfast.    - 6 (13.6%)
To be there for you when the rain starts to fall.    - 11 (25%)

Ok, now I'm adding to the list of things not to do in life:

- Dont hook up with Dora or someone like Dora. Just dont.
