Well, yes.
No, she hasn't caved to PSL, she's caving to Momo's threat to tell Angus that she caved...
I was actually referring to my own post, which was made pre-quiz clarification, in which I declared Marigold most likely to cave. I should have added
to anything. Sven seems too depressed to cave—you can't cave if you're not holding anything up (and European Medieval History is good reading to feed a depression.
A Distant Mirror, for example, may be intriguing, but it sure isn't uplifting). Faye would refuse to cave just to be ornery—she'd wait until everyone's back was turned, then collapse, much like she did with Sven. Hanners, as Carl pointed out, can't cave, even if she wants to, to anything she isn't already freely going along with. And, despite the objections his merry detractors will no doubt raise, Angus has a spine in there somewhere. After all, a hetero male who doesn't cave to having his hand placed on a willing breast is probably fairly resilient.
On the other hand, all that's holding Marigold up is a framework of inexperience held together by wads of vaguely defined anxieties. A good gust of wind, or breeze of booze, as the case may be, and she flops (Trying to recall if Marten has ever given in to Pintsize, the MoSJ). Marigold simply has 'cave' written all over her at the moment.
It just occurred to me the title of today's comic should have been
Use Your Opponent's Own Feces Against Him.
Edit: Faye caved when she kissed Sven as prelude to sex. Just to be clear. And, no, caving in is not always a bad thing.
