I feel like a dweeb, but hi.
« on: 13 Nov 2010, 04:17 »

There's always something daunting about joining a new forum - especially one that actually harbours some intelligent life. I'm not going to ask you to go easy on me, but I'd expect a few fails on my behalf in the coming weeks. Fair warning.

My name's Lucy. I'm 19, going on 20 and currently out of study, unemployed and not proud of it, but that comes with life when you live in Australia's equivalent of Appalachia (Tasmania). I was introduced to QC by my partner - it feeds the inner geek (and dramawhore) - about a year and a half or so ago and have been following it loyally ever since.

I signed up here so that I could participate in the active discussions, and hopefully get to know better some of the cool, likeminded people that are floating around.

So... here's hoping.  :-)

(Edited for horrendous spelling errors - jetlag).
