Deathmole Copytights?

I am lloking for some copyright free music for a podcast I'm doing and I was wondering if anyone knows if the Deathmole stuff is podsafe.

Deathmole tracks are made by Jeph Jacques, and are therefore his copyright; you should ask him for permission to use them, in the normal way.
