After this latest comic, I'd love to see Hannelore's reaction after watching "The Legend of the Overfiend".

The original tentacle porn? Hanners would leap out of a window.

Not if Marigold strapped Hanners into a Clockwork Orange-esque contraption in order to break through the years of fear and insecurity...

Because - and let's all be honest with ourselves here - after you've watched Overfiend, nothing, absolutely NOTHING will shock you ever again.

Well, no ANIME will ever shock you again. There is some shit on the net that makes Overfiend look like Lamb Chop's Play-Along.

Having been to rotten, 4chan, portalofevil, and pintsize's twitter page, I'm not sure what kind of stuff you've seen that's so much worse.

However my point was, if exposed to any of it, one having seen Overfiend would be able to say "Well, I've seen things like that already".

Dude, now you're basically telling me I need to update my shock threshold. So spill it so I can freak myself out tonight and go to bed.

Edit: I nearly forgot to ask, is it worse than a blue waffle?

Also, I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one here who isn't a complete nerd when it comes to fonts. I use Fixedsys (looked that up) in Notepad solely because it's the first fixed-width font I found in the list, along with whatever the default font in OpenOffice is, and that's about as far as I'm willing to go. Am I really in the minority here?

No. For all my serious typ(esett)ing I use whatever font LaTeX defaults to in the plain text body. Computer modern roman?

A dime is about 18mm in diameter so I'm guessing Angus' sense of touch is exaggerating the size. And backhair? Eeeew!

Meh... Backhair is still far better than Bacne.

Been searching my archives for a while, and now I can't find it. I swear I saved it and sent it to an ex way back when, but it's up and vanished. So, just trust me, it's out there. (Worse than a blue waffle?..........I'm gonna say maybe.)

Mental note - Hanners is to keep away from my Hammer Horror collection, the fonts for the title shots will be too much - seriously, if the style of letters freaks you out, Chris Lee reading his grocery list will likely induce pant soiling terror.

It's incredibly amazing to me that nobody has gushed about the amazing depth of character and originality in Jeph's writing yet. But it'll come soon enough, I'm sure.

Yes.  No one has ever, in the entire history of man, ever used that gag before.  No. One.

Though man, it's been a while since I've looked at PvP, and the art's gotten bland as unflavored farina, hasn't it?  Wow.  It's like looking at a Phonics book.

Yeah, no, I wouldn't.  That thing was just :psyduck:

The original tentacle porn? Hanners would leap out of a window.

At this time in the night? No way to tell what horrors await in the streets of Northampton! There might be runaway tapirs or something out there. Cowering behind the sofa is more like it.

Basically, the entire movie is about what happens when some poor souls try to prune the kite eating tree from charlie brown,

Yes it was, and it was actually closer to Vesuvius.
What would a Vesuvius font look like? Maybe the capital A's would have lava dripping down the sides ...

Nah, after Hanners got over the shock factor, she would tear the movie apart over it's claim of  "medical accuracy."
