CO2 from coffee, like CO2 from breathing, is no big deal in the global warming debate.  Like bio-fuels, this CO2 was in the atmosphere a year ago before the plants pulled it out of the air, so go gain; no loss. 

Now the edible-oil-product fake creamer is another story, but I don't think any of the characters would touch the stuff.
