It's not being used too often, so the cars going by were usually during regular speed bits. Just the occasional slow-motion, then the beat matching during the electronic breakdowns. The big clue isn't really the cars, though, but the drape of the cloth on his shirt and the way it swings. So 95% his mad skillz, 5% the spice of the speed FX to give it the kick that makes your brain go "whoa!"

Very clever! Air like quicksilver! The divers' breathing exhaust gives the game away very quickly though.

Apparantly it's actually in the silver/palladium alloy they use for the whole thing.  Like copper doesn't cost enough as it is... Oh, and the hand-made carbon fiber housings.  Yeah.

Or out of the window. That's up there with people who pay $30,000 for a bicycle. I'm ignoring the Aurumania Crystal Edition Gold Bike which lists at €80,000 (Roughly $100,000) because audio-nutters are at least theoretically concerned with performance, while the Aurumania bike is probably slower than a $700 Bianchi Pista.

'Di daar' = that one.
kijk = look
peter = the security guy

You'll figure out the rest.

Nope, Hema is just the store chain. And I hope all of their employees have the same sense of humor!

Hey, I'm trying to find a picture that was posted on one of the Pointless Threads like years and years ago, and I can't find it anywhere. It's a photo of this kid in a Misfits t-shirt holding a bottle of lighter fluid over his head, just grimacing straight at the camera, and at his feet is a small fire. He's standing in a parking lot or something. It's a spectacular photograph. I thought I had it saved somewhere, but apparently not.

Long time no see, by the way.

REALLY?? That's what did it? I tried every combination of "misfits" "t-shirt" "kid" "fire" and "lighter fluid" I could think of.

Anyway, you just made my day. Thanks!
