That went from disturbing to utterly hilarious in a very short time.

Purposefull omitted the title, did you?

I've linked it before, but the Furby Autopsy is still fascinating.

My old dog ripped our Furby's face off. The best/worst part? It still worked just fine.

One of these days when machines rise up against man and mankind asks as a whole what we did to deserve it, the machines will point to Furbys and say "Exhibit A, motherfucker".

I may have told this story before but I had two Furbies when I was a wee 'un. One from Santa and one from my parents. There was a baby one and a big one so I tried to get them to talk to each other but it never quite worked.
I eventually shoved them in a cupboard which was opposite my bedroom door. Forgot about both of them. Walking by it one night many months later I heard, barely audible and crackling, "Ooh! Me... SCARED!" from the darkness and bricks were indeed shat. No idea what set it off so it just adds to the suspicion they are possessed.

I think the school girl man is adorable.  I am sort of on a bendy gender norms kick though.

Also the red head is adorable.

People, it seems I am fond of them.

Austrian.

This is fucking killing me right now because I'm having a bunch of assholes being like "BRAS ARE PERIOD WE CAN WEAR JUST BRAS TO FIGHT RIGHT" for my medieval battle game. Also, the bottom was probably likely worn during periods and the top part more than likely had fabric extending down from the bust over the torso.

Why would some fool wear only a bra to a fight?  I mean, yeah, I'm all for chainmail bikinis and sexy armor, but it's just not practical.

Speaking of bras...

Because its hooooot and they'll overheat if they wear anything other than a sports bra. Mind you, they complain to me, who is wearing a linen and wool tunic (it works like evaporative cooling) with 25lbs of chainmail on.

Makes you wonder how the Crusaders survived in the Holy Land, and they oftentimes used felt padding under their mail.

Then again, felt has excellent arrow-stopping properties, so it combined with mail was basically an impervious defense (there's accounts of some fighters with 8+ arrows sticking in them and suffering no serious injury ).
