Do you sometimes get a little annoyed at a drive-through?

Notice that the next car in line just slowly pulls up to the window.

If they build tunnels under roads for some critters in the UK, shouldn't have town planners thought ahead for this possibility?

I'm sure the duck picture is fake, because the duckling in the last picture is twice the size of the first ones. It still made me a bit sad though :(

Here's a video of ducklings being rescued from a similar drain.; but the grating is different, so it's not the same incident.

This different one purports to show an actual fall, but it stops short of the moment.

This one shows the moment, but can't point the camera in the right direction:

It's really not that uncommon. You should see some of the T-shirts with English on them I saw walking around Shinjuku and Harajuku.

I'm sure by now the tech nerds have heard that the next Android os iteration is to be named 'Kit Kat' as a result of a 'no cash' cross marketing campaign with Nestle.

But have you seen Kit Kat's website advertising their UX?

A specific kind of whole-wheat flour.  Not to be confused with gram flour which is ground chickpea.

Graham flour is one of the products developed during the "health foods that make you moral and help you not masturbate" phase of american culinary history, along with corn flakes.

Relevent to this sucking things through chocolate coated confections topic is Tim Tam Slams.

Graham flour is apparently so American that its Wikipedia page doesn't even have a single entry written in a different language.

I read once that can't be called a 'digestive biscuit' because they - like other digestives - don't aid digestion.

Which is to say, they don't stop you farting.

I don't think "stops you farting" and "aids digestion" are necessarily synonyms, are they? Vegetables make me gassy, but they also are pretty critical to my digestion (actually given the whole vegan thing they're crucial to my continued existence).

Grahams can't be called digestive biscuits in the first place because they're made with different ingredients. And digestive biscuits are from the UK.

They are delicious, though.

When you've grown up and lived with them they don't, I assure you.  They come as just biscuits, or with chocolate on one side (only) - milk or plain.

Digestive biscuits are excellent, especially when covered in chocolate and dunked in tea.

Currently the only biscuits I know I can eat are Ginger Nuts, which are amazing dipped in... well, any drink really, even water.
