"Daydreaming" - Middle Brother

Reminds me of Deer Tick a little bit, which is a good thing.

Rammstein - Heirate Mich

When I first got into Rammstein, I liked Herzeleid the least, but it's the album that's grown on me the most.

Music is weird. I consider myself a non-believer yet one of my favorite song is about the second coming of christ sung in a voice that´s mostly described as a horribly nasal grating screechy growl

http://www.godtube.com/watch/?v=WW7P7NNX

And I can only listen to it online on some weird christian website.

I am drinking Laphroaig and listening to my little known folk groups:  Azure Ray, Linde Nijland, Three Weird Sisters, Barefoot Dance Of The Sea, Black Prairie, Molly Rose, Small Potatoes, Von Kleist, and so forth.

Do all of your posts in this thread start with "I am drinking Laphroaig and listening to..."? :P

QUICK EDIT:Nope. One starts with "Being a creature of habit, I am again drinking Laphroaig and listening to..."

I am NOT drinking Laphroaig, but I am listening to Aideen O'Brien.

I am actually drinking coffee.

Bowmore is good, Lagavulin is good, Ardbeg Uigeadail is good.  I just prefer Laphroaig.

Paul and Storm, all their stuff. Love it so much. Took me way too long to check their USB after buying it when I saw them live. I've been listening to Better Version Of You mainly. As the youngest, I love it.

I have been listening to "Sheep Jumping Fences" by Idea the Artist for the last two days straight. I can't get her voice out of my head, it's really incredible. This style isn't even my bag at all but it's gotta be one of the best things I have ever heard.

It's weird how a fucked up situation can just completely change your listening habits. There was a lot of Glassjaw blasting out of my speakers lately.

On a more positive note, I have the most recent Smashing Pumpkins album, finally, and uh... it's actually really good. I actually like it better than anything they've done since Mellon Collie, and 'Pinwheels' is one of my favourite songs they've recorded yet, undoubtedly.

I've been listening to a lot of British girls.

Ellie Goulding,
La Roux,
Jessie J,
Cher Lloyd...
It helps pass the time while driving.

And a few local bands. Novus Dae, Prospect Hill...

I listened to Ten$ion (Die Antwoord) and found I really liked it, a lot. I already knew a couple songs but never thought they'd make a good album-type band. I was wrong.

I also listened to Jack Parow's self-titled album. I'm not sure I care for it, even though Dans Dans Dans is fucking ace.

I'll be completely honest, I only listen to her because the rhythms are catchy...I hardly even listen to lyrics. That's why J-Pop appeals so much to me, even when I can't understand much Japanese at all.

So yeah, we'll take her, if you'll take Nicki Minaj. I know, I know, she was born in Trinidad, but she's here in the States and she just won't leave.

Funny, I just took this off of my iPod. (Love and Theft is possibly my favourite Dylan album, but this last summer it was the onyl cassette my father had that I could stand to listen to so I got burned out on it, fast.)

Yea, definitely great, great album, but I will have to lay off it a while too before I get burned out on it.

I love this album

I rarely listen to albums as a whole but when I first got it I was in love and up late at night and it was just one of those perfect music-moments when everything just feels right and everything is good and awesome.
