No, that was me again; it just didn't strike me because I was spending time on the fiddly things around the edges.

I think it's sorted now.

Works perfectly for me. I am running the qc-lite theme and I am a fan because now the background colors kinda match my avatar.

A bug report, I guess:
In the "QC-old" theme, when looking in "show unread posts since last visit" this stickied thread has a different background color, a soft beige which clashes very harshly with the white font.

While looking on the normal sub-forum pages, the stickied threads have the same coloring as other threads.

how thread looks in unread posts:

how it looks in normal subforums:

edit: actually, the hilighting might just be what it looks like when it's unread...  the "how it looks in normal subforums" pic is of it having been read, and "in unread posts" is it not yet read.

Thanks for the report; I don't think I've ever visited that screen!  It should be better now.

There's one thing I'd like to see improved - right now, it looks like a post has the poster's signature tied to the bottom of the text field, instead of the bottom of the post field. It looks like this. I think it would look better if it looked like this, with the signature as low down as it can go. Makes it easier to distinguish between post and signature.

This is tricky; the obvious first thing to try is to add "clear: left" to the "moderatorbar" class to push the sig section lower than the "poster" block floated on the left; but that pushes it too low, so that short posts get very spaced out and the amount of scrolling required is increased.  I'd like to prevent the bottom of the moderatorbar div coming any higher than the bottom of the poster block, but right now I can't see any way to do this in CSS.

I've taken the opportunity to correct the left alignment of the sig, though; my test forum didn't have any sigs, so I missed that.

I've set a min-height on the postarea div which forces the moderatorbar div down a bit in case of a small post; but it is not responsive to either the depth of the poster block on the left or the depth of the signature.  I'll give it a chance to see if we think it an improvement.

I've realized the orange/grey colour scheme reminds me of the old Newgrounds forum look.

Looks mostly good, but there is not enough room for the long lines on the poll results any more. Some of the lines extend half-way to the next, and when that happens, the following line begins in the middle of the screen. A screen shot here.

Is this a feature or has it got something to do with my browser or display settings?

I'll deal with that later today.  It's caused by the option descriptions being long enough to wrap to two lines.  The div containing the vote bar doesn't wrap, and the following description is placed relative to it and so is pushed to the right by the second line of the previous one.

(LATER: sorted).
