Loving the space station storyline!
« on: 25 Mar 2012, 21:28 »

It's been awhile since there's been a long story arch that I've loved. The space station storyline has been fantastic.

Great! You might want to check out the threads marked "WCDT" and post something like that!

I've especially loved how unpredictable it's been. I think it was somehow stuck in the tracks for a while during the Padma arch.

I genuinely wish I could relate. This has been one of the worst and least funny storylines of QC ever ): I mean okay yay space but I feel like all of the ~emotional scenes~ feel so trite and none of the ~humorous~ parts have been anything even remotely funny and i mean come on aghhh

please let QC get back to sassy coffee shop shenanigans or at least something remotely witty and clever again please please  :psyduck:

the art's been great though!! xoxo

The new characters have been lots of fun. The humor's been more slapstick than verbal, but I bet that's a temporary state of affairs.

I agree completely. I'm finding myself looking forward to each day's comic again, during the drawn out Marten-Padma business I was just kind of reading it out of routine as much as any desire to see what happened.

I found myself grinning like an idiot at today's comic, though. I think it's been a really nice way of maybe revisiting the Padma storyline and giving it a proper ending, taking a little break from it was exactly the right thing for the story to do.

I have to say I'm still hoping for a nice long Deathmole storyline in the future, though. This comic has been lacking musical banter for a long time.
