I would say Dora the Explorer, but she's not an adolescent.

Then I put in the wrong word to describe her...nicely done.

Not a movie, but:

Two French guys travel far and wide while killing and maiming millions, taking drugs made by their elderly friend, utterly destroying the porcine populations of everywhere they go, committing serial robbery from liquor stores, and permanently ruining several historic monuments.  They are looked upon as heroes by their peers, and they are declared to be criminals by every government they come into contact with except for their own.  Hundreds of people, some extremely famous, repeatedly try and fail to stop them, most dying in the attempt.

I'd say Bridge to Terabithia, but that's not exactly misleading as a description.

A gang of armed men kidnap a group of women from a neighbouring town. They imprison their hostages in the frozen wilderness. When the girls' rescuers finally arrive, they must battle the effects of Stockholm syndrome. Reunited with their families, can the girls ever truly be free?

All of these are great!

This one is a favorite, because it makes me laugh though it is very easy:

Blyss - That's either Tron or The Matrix.

And P-Flame: That could be Swamp Thing, Incredible Hulk (which wouldn't exactly fit) or Spider Man.

EDIT: Or, The Toxic Avenger.
