Finally figured out how to get to the forums!

Been reading QC forever, but probably haven't been to the main page in a couple years so I never noticed the link to the forums before. XD  First found out about QC on comic El Matador, went to the beginning and read everything, and recently went back and re-read it just because. ^_^  Never sure what to write in introduction posts.  I'm female, 28, and I relate a lot to Marigold in the comics.  I'm mostly her with the faintest dash of Faye thrown in for confusion.  And I'm still sad for that little crab Yelling Bird dropped the coconut on.  Poor little crab. :(

Well, welcome! You'll find a number of people here who love their dogs, cats and ferrets, although I don't recall anyone offering sympathy for a crab. Still, empathy for another species is a Good Thing. Archive binges are also good things, and WTF else are you going to do to deal with the sadness at the end of the first archive binge? Do another!

Also, guard your lug wrench.

Marigold already has the rack though. Arguably a better one than Faye and she's certainly not dumb either.

It's a real hazard navigating around that pesky Flattr-button. We all know it. It's sort of an innitiation test of your strength of will.  :-D

Thank you. ^_^  When I saw the print that's from I HAD to make an icon from her for Livejournal, so I figured I'd use it here, too.  Wish I had somewhere to put my copy of the print.  Other than looking at it once it hasn't left the cardboard tube it came in.  Gotta get money for a nice frame or something.

Redball: Crabs are awesome. ^_^  Once I can afford to get everything, I want to get some hermit crabs.  My roommate has a big fish tank his previous roommate was going to throw out, but I can't currently afford all the stuff I'd have to put in it. :(  Some day, though.  Crabs are just adorable, I think its those beady black eyes.

Aethien: The bitchiness, mostly.  XD  Some mental problems, though thankfully not for nearly as dramatic a reason as Faye has.
