Linkin Park get lampooned for their lyrics a lot, but they meant a lot to me as a child and still do - 'In the End' in particular is too hard to listen to since Chester committed suicide because the chorus lyrics are 'I tried so hard and got so far, but in the end it doesn't even matter.'
