I must say it's kinda hard to see the resemblance, but it's there.

It looks a lot like her to me, but definitely older.  Maybe it's Marigold's mom!

Honestly, I do see a resemblance, at all. Both are brunette's, that's it.  The hairstyle, nose and face are all different, and she has no glasses. So the only thing in common is the most common hair color and that both are female...
