Ackblom12 and Papersatan, you have made me struggled to type.

It's like only 5.20 pm here but I figured 'Hey, how bad can this 4Loko be?' and opened the Fruit Punch can. It tastes awful, so I put like 30ml of Cherry schnapps in it. I feel shitty drunk. What the Hell.

I am on my last can.

EDIT; I danced pretty terribly to a song. I have forgotten what song it was, but I am pretty sure I love it.

Consider this a warning.

And just to givethe entire world some perspective, I am exactly, 6' tall, I weigh about 14 stone, and I am pretty healthy. I used to be able to drink like several doubles of gin/whisky or like 6/7 pints of decent cider and still remain in decent control. Honestly, if its worth anything, it's definitely the caffeine. I dont do well with caffeine. So this has totalled me.

I recommend it to EVERYONE.

It's 5ish in the morn and I have just crawled into bed, my Malaysian roommate got incredibly drunk and creepydanced with every pretty girl at voodoo and it was hilarious.

I haven't spent a single penny tonight but i'm still off my rocker.

Friends and I are waiting for a proper full on snow day (I live in Britain, where it's snowed but sort of pathetically like it can't really be arsed) so we can get together and do acid/mushrooms and wander round our town. I literally cannot wait.

Also, Cusquena is the best lager ever. Fact.

Britain, where it's snowed but sort of pathetically like it can't really be arsed

Depends where - Oxford, where I live, has had only a teeny bit of snow; but in Guildford, where my wife works in the university, the campus has been totally shut down for two days by it.

Hertfordshire, where it has snowed enough to keep the ice on the pavements but not enough to properly get out and build snowmen.

On a similar note to Johnny, but much less classy, my friends and I formed what we think is a new shot.

1/3 creme de banana
1/3 irish cream (we used Bailey's)
1/3 coffee liqueur (Kahlua)

It tasted delicious and came about because a bar had creme de banana and one of us said "what the fuck can you make with creme de banana"

ok this taps into something i'm seriously concerned about which is that my friends are planning a new year's eve party in an apartment that's just going to have me + one other dude + probably four couples and like i love my friends and love hanging out with them but honestly the part where the new year happens and eight people in loving relationships are going to kiss while i feel like ive spent a year in personal & emotional stasis along with borderline total sexual isolation is going to be absolutely hellish

Antibiotics and booze do not actually affect one another. The warning on the label is left over from when antibiotics were first given to syphilis patients in an attempt to get them to keep it in their pants while they were still contagious during the first week of treatment.

i mean if i go anywhere else it's either going to be a) a house party or b) a punk rock show like i've done a couple of new year's eves and more specifically like last year's where i didn't get really depressed afterward. mostly those posts were about how four of the people i spend most of my time with have been in serious relationships for several years and explicitly prefer to stay in and watch movies or w/e instead of going out in even semi-public and some of the time it's a complete fucking drag and they aren't even cognizant of how much of a drag it is

Totally depends on what type of antibiotics though. Some do mix badly, and aside from the internet I have terrible teenage (sort of) memories to back this up.

Here is a drink that is easy to make and tastes pretty good! It is called A Pint Of Whisky. You take one part whisky to two parts whisky. With these measures, fill a pint glass.

Enjoy!
i agree completley, except replace whiskey with RUM

that is such bs, there are some antibiotics that do react rather poorly with alcohol, my friend was hanging out with his girl once and she was on some anti-depressants and she started drinking, she had 1 beer and couldn't stand up anymore. normally takes a lot more than that to do that to her

okay guys so this is how my friday went, because i was not sober for basically any of it.

around 1 30 i ate two hits of acid. i came up in my room spinnin cool tracks off my laptop and getting weirded out cause my room was breathing. after a while i decided to have a cigarette and when i walked out side it was flurring a little bit and i was completely overwhelmed with the beauty of the world and it was amazing. then once i went inside, i got this really weird prank call from a friend asking why i was fucking his girlfriend and that he was gonna fight me. i was really scared. i got him to admit he was prank calling and then i told him i was tripping balls and he apologized profusely. then i sat around my room for a while longer and got really freaked out by being alone so i decide to go to this house where my roommates and practices. there i just sat around as his band practiced and i was basically like lol wut. after they finished practicing we went to the dining hall on campus and that was also really really scary. then we went back to our apartment and went to go hang out with this girl and her friend who i barely knew but they were really nice people and i had a nice time with them drinkin a lil and smokin a lil. after that i met up with MOAR FRIENDS and went to this place called the castle where i then got drunk as hell. after that me and my MOAR FRIENDS drove up to hagerstown where ANOTHER FRAND lives and we drank at her house until morning, watched the sunrise in a tower on the antitem battlefield, made way too many inside jokes, and i black out and acted completely fucking ridicioulsy. then i slept until it was nighttime on saturday.

so yeah friday was the most epic day.

Antibiotics and booze do not actually affect one another. The warning on the label is left over from when antibiotics were first given to syphilis patients in an attempt to get them to keep it in their pants while they were still contagious during the first week of treatment.
that is such bs, there are some antibiotics that do react rather poorly with alcohol, my friend was hanging out with his girl once and she was on some anti-depressants and she started drinking, she had 1 beer and couldn't stand up anymore. normally takes a lot more than that to do that to her

i don't even

how did you

who what?

Hey everyone, I need to buy some new bookshelves. When I get back from Ikea and put them together you're all invited to the bookshelf launch party.

yeah and i had wooping cough about a year ago and was on the antibiotics for it, and those didn't react too well either

Perhaps because you were already really sick with whooping cough when you drank the booze?

Edit: Man, whooping cough is kind of serious, what the shit, dude? You seem to make some interesting decisions with regard to your physical well-being.

Anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, ADHD stimulants, and mood stabilisers are all very very bad to take with alcohol. Do not take them with alcohol.

Also, I am going to guess that the antibiotics thing has more to do with the direct chemical interaction. Like, I would guess that, in a lab, funny things don't happen when you mix them. However, people are all different and unique, so the ways in which your body processes and absorbs the drugs might mean that you feel something that people never reported in the drug trials.
