Also, GaWF, I hope Mieville says something more than "Meow" in this game.
If GaWF answers like I did, the answer is "meowhaps" ("meowbe" doesn't work as well).

Well Faye only gets her southern Accent when she's drunk, so you could just stay sober and won't have a problem.

Mieville is going to be glaring at everyone to make sure they're not actually Pintsize in a new chassis that just happens to look like someone else.

58 hou-- wow, that's ridiculous. I'm sorry, nae. Glad you're able to find time to play at all!

Loki, sorry you died before I could even suspect you of doing anything at least once.  :-( I was looking forward to it. Also, thematically speaking, how was Sven a detective, exactly? Did he sleep with women that witnessed things?

Honestly, really regretting using a character who lives out of town and doesn't really know anyone. It makes it really hard to play because I have no idea how to talk to anyone, since everyone pretty much knows everyone else (except maybe YB but YB doesn't care)

Yeah, I kinda get a mixed vibe. Like we know we all exist and are the remaining people, but not like we actually identify as being united under the same banner. We may want to get that straight before everyone is dead. "The game is over before it started, huzzah!"

Also, from a creativity perspective, I like Mieville, but as expected, gameplay mechanics use may be a lot more stunted for me than what I typically care for (those who have played with me before may remember I'm a little more... intense in that respect). Speaking of, can we get an ETA on when Day 1 is over... I thought it was yesterday, but if it's still going for a bit I kind of want to stir the pot at least a little.  :-D

Well that was a stupid target.

The only lead you have is that someone killed Sven. A housecat couldn't kill a human without it being obvious that that was the case. The killer also spoke English, not cat (though only one living resident would know that).

To be fair, none of the characters could have known the killer said something to Sven, except for the killer, obviously. In my experience the first lynching is always pretty random.

Where people say they are isn't always an indicator of where they actually were, either. The bad guys are supposed to lie.

It's similar, but it's a little harder since you can't see people's reactions. It's much easier to bluff through type. But honestly...I think with a good group of people, both are equally fun.

Agreed. I'm sure you'd have made the real Yelling Bird proud... or at least whatever "proud" means to YB, anyway.

Sven stretches out a hand in the direction of the suddenly appeared cat.

"Hey kitty kitty.

Mieville slowly backs away from the other dead residents and naps in the corner. The cold metal ones were right to want this one out of the way.
