I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that jwhouk was making a joke and wasn't really calling someone out as being racist but instead making a pun.

perhaps if he did this it would have become more obvious?
It isn't, because this isn't India.

On the animal hospital/chinese restaurant picture above, would it be as funny if it were, say, a NAACP office next to a KFC restaurant?

I'd say that they're about equally unfunny.

In strange stories from GM's life that's slightly related, one of the major cases the animal control department I worked for (please remember that in most of the U.S. Animal Control isn't JUST the dog catcher, but an actual Law Enforcement Unit who enforces county code for animal control, and leads investigations on animal abuse matters, such as puppy mills, dog fighting rings, and other related matters) handled was a local Chinese restaurant that had three hundred cats in the freezer and I can assure you that casual racism aside (which is it's own shitty issue) in real cases where a resteraunt is using meat that's considered unfit for human consumption in the United States, especially animals that are usually considered pets here, there isn't ANYTHING funny about it in the slightest. Just very, very sad.

Hmmmmm

5 Panthers
2-3 Stugs or Hetzers (not sure which)
Tiger 1 (Kuromorimines Flag Tank)
Oorai's Mark iV Panzer and Flag Tank
Not sure what the other Kuromorimine TD's are
Maus - can't forget the Maus, nor the way Oorai took it out
Oorai's Porche Tiger I think

That's all I can think of at the moment.  Minds on other things at the moment, so I just did that off the top of my head.

Oh, and Pravda's tanks are a mix of T-34s and KV2's

Well I just mean in the sense of immobilizing it and attacking it's top armor. Even then, that's surprisingly difficult. That tank would have a lot of armor.
