here I feel a little stupid for never putting together that he was Juliette Lewis' father. He's one of those characters that you recognized immediately but not everyone knew who he was. I always liked his acting but one of the things I remember most was when he did the voice work for the
Celestial Navigations spoken word CD's. It was something strange to me at the time it came out, but I listened to all three of the CD's I had over and over again. To me, that was his most memorable work, just for his voice.
I hope his death was painless.
