Toy Identification Thread
« on: 20 Mar 2019, 06:42 »

How and why this started doesn't really matter, the point is that I've been wracking my brains trying to remember a series of toy robots from my childhood. I'm kind of hoping someone will be able to help.

Here's what I remember:
- Toy series would have started before 1994.
- Mecha based and vaguely Gundam in design.
- You had to build the robots yourself, but a lot of it was just plastic that snapped together.
- Vaguely samurai appearance.
- The robots could shuffle forward, their arms remained still.
- Probably would have been around the start of the anime boom of the 90s.
Whenever someone says "I'm not book smart but I am street smart.", all I hear is "I'm not real smart, but I am imaginary smart."
