For some reason, the first things that I tought of when you named McLusky were The Damage Manual, and Killing Joke's most recent self-titled album (w/ the orange cover).
The only thing Killing Joke and Damage Manual have in common with the bands you name is sheer power by way of volume. Both are vaguely industrial-tinged rock bands with massive, noisy-as-hell guitars (which makes sense, as both bands have the same guitarist). It might be worthwhile to check 'em out if you're interested.
