Salutations and all that good stuff
« on: 08 Feb 2015, 11:28 »

Hello world (of the forum)!

I am an agendered, slightly subversive individual. My sexuality is not important as I am monogamous and have a mate already.

I do a bit of zodiac chart work. Harmonic and draconic charts can be compared as a unit in synastry and transit progressions to the natal chart, which makes for strange and interesting new perspectives. Seeing as the birth time is very important to get accurate within a half hour for the ascendant, though, it's a somewhat limited and inaccurate skill. Sun signs are only the beginning, however. Moon signs, the ascendant which is where the horizon was in the sky at the time, where Saturn and Jupiter in particular were in the sky, all these are considerable. I don't suppose Jeph has birthdays for characters specified by the time, but birthdays interest me in general. If anybody would like a reading feel free to shout your times or just the date and "late evening" or such vague terms will do if you don't know the exact.

But uh, yeah. Thats some of the stuff I talk about. I will sometimes have new things to say, however the odds are that I will find some things to say that have been said to death. I love Hanners and Claire and Dale the most! Those three are gloriously refreshing!

But yeah anyways ah Hello! Transitions are hard for me. So are endings and... language, in general. I grapple with deep thoughts all day, sometimes I seem to go in strange directions. Feel free to inquire if I'm being unclear about anything, I'm usually happy to clarify.

Hey look, yet another person who can't express themselves properly. Welcome aboard then!

(In case you wondered, I only say this because I am unable of such things myself and you seem to imply that sometimes your thoughts aren't completely clearly expressed. If this post is in anyway offensive to you, sorry)

Mercury is retrograde, osaka. I don't take anything personally when Mercury is retrograde. Does strange things to communication. More things lost, more thoughts fizzle out midway through, during these periods. But an interesting time for making new connections, for sure!

Don't worry, I'm hard to outright offend at any time of year. Very serious, I am, when it's not a joke. I try not to joke too often. I'm not good at it.

I read a bit of fantasy. Wheel of Time (Perrin and his wolves), Dark Tower (Steven King's self proclaimed master work "so far"), Temeraire series (napoleanic era dragons!!!! also they r all q t creatures), touching recently on Diskworld for fun and psychology for learning. Never enough learned!

Welcome to the forums! Read through the rules, mind the gap,  Guard your lug wrench, keep in mind the strip's been around for over a decade now, and remember: Google Translate is your friend.

*double pistols and a wink* No need to tell me about translating. I do that just fine. Was thinking that it was a simple enough statement of solidarity, and I could respond to it once I have something to say about it.

Just my lug wrench? What about my left handed curve-cut tin snips?

You like the Dark Tower series too? We'll get along fine. Probably. Actually probably not. I'm a huge tool.

What I meant to say is hi.

When does Mercury go direct again, anyway? I write for a living, and everything coming out ass-backwards these last few weeks has been hell on my business.

Oh, and welcome to the forum, by the way. :)

Mercury is direct on the 11th, Wednesday I believe. You write? I write too, on occasion, when the mood finds me.

The Dark Tower was eerie and you never knew what else you were going to find. It still sticks to the first books I mention, even after 7 years.

Ah, good. Yes, I write. Problem is, I have to write whether or not the mood finds me.  Then when I'm in the mood to work on my own stuff, there's no damn time.

Not for nothing do they tell you to be careful what you wish for.
