Could be an angle from Robin's viewpoint looking at another bill from the same batch.

Abe Lincoln in a turtleneck looks a little like Captain Haddock. I'm now imagining him shouting "Billions of blue blistering barnacles!" at Jeff Davis.

Sometimes people post stuff on here and - admittedly, this is the pointless thread, but; I have no idea what the point of that was originally. It wasn't a particularly revelatory story, didn't have any real beats to it, it just sort of occurs and ends.

Sometimes that's all there is, though, especially with short stories.  Someone gets an idea, usually a "what if...?" kinda thing, then fleshes out a few details, and that's what you get.

Just another way in which Hua Mulan does not belong among Disney princesses.

Honestly Mulan isnt the only Disney princess with intact parents. Aurora, Merida, Rapunzel. Shoot there are probably more and I just can't think of them.  The most heart breaking family death explanation of any Disney movie character is Lilo for me.

Nah, they were going to visit the wedding of Rapunzel and their ship sank into Ariel's ocean. People want to link them to being Tarzan's parents too, but... Wrong time period, and to far to travel, from northern European seas to the coast of Africa.

Rainbows are caused by Rayleigh scattering of sunlight in the atmosphere by raindrops. Different colors of light scatter off the raindrops differently, causing the colors to split.
I don't think this is correct. Rayleigh scattering occurs when light is scattered by particles much smaller than the wavelength of light, which is not true of raindrops. Rayleigh scattering is responsible for the fact that the sky looks blue, and for the sun looking red at sunrise and sunset, but not for rainbows. Rainbows are caused by differential refraction of light within raindrops.

Disclaimer: It is a long time since I studied optics for HSC physics, so I could be wrong on the details.

You're correct; I was thinking of the explanation for why the sky is blue. I'll have to inform the Brazilian physicists on Facebook where I got that image from that their image is wrong...
