The following bands are all confirmed to play the festival, with many more to be announced soon:

Slint
Mogwai
Love as Laughter
Need New Body
Miighty Flashlight
Faun Fables
Spoon
Mum
Born Heller
Mark Kozelek (Red House Painters)
Neil Hamburger
King Kong
The Naysayer
Endless Boogie
Pearls and Brass
Rednails
Sean Garrison

Im a new poster, etcetc. But I was wondering if anyone was going to ATP this year? it looks top ace, but it's pretty expensive due to chalet hire, etc. Plus I think it may just be too much post-hardcore and will destroy my brain... However.

SLINT.

(and Mogwai, but I must have seen mogwai at least 4 times, so im just going for the Slint effect)

Has anyone complained about your sig yet? Cuz I'm sure it'll happen soon enough.

Anyway what is this ATP thing?
I would fucking love to see Mogwai again and Mum as well so this may be worth checking out.

OK, I will be the anti-hipster and ask what, when, and where ATP is.  I'm sure its not the Adenosine TriPhosphate I remember from bio.  ;)

Oh I see. It's one of those lame UK events.

Way to go Sturge. I hate you now.

Not really. But I am now sad it's only in the UK.

To make it a festival you need tents and dirt...this has chalets. Want a real festival? Go to Reading, you're either covered in mud or sneezing dust for a week...now that's a festival :)

Theres a problem there.

The majority of the bands at Reading/Leeds aren't actually very good, ATP usually has many ace bands.

Trust me, you don't need to go for the bands. I spent an entire day this year just sat in the comedy tent. The atmosphere itself is worth the ticket price.

I wanted to go to 02 but couldn't drag anyone with me. 03 was a cool one. I was pretty surprised at how good System of a Down were.
