Hong Kong Holiday Recommendations?

I am contemplating traveling to Hong Kong for a couple of weeks' holiday. This would be my first ever visit there (yes, it's about time, I know).

Do you have any tips and/or recommendations you are willing to share? If so, I would be grateful.
