Venetian Carnival
« on: 30 May 2017, 05:05 »

I wanted to know if any of our European or Globetrotting forum members have ever attended the Venetian Carnival before. I know its almost a whole year away but I have thought of taking the wife next year and perhaps dress up for the occasion.  Any tips or suggestions for those who have gone or any tips about Venice in general?  Depending on the amount of time I could get off I was thinking of doing our Assassin's Creed tour and visiting other Northern Italian cities like Florence, Forli, or even Rome (I haven't been to Rome since 2006!).
