I've read all the QC comics twice - I am READY
« on: 19 Jun 2020, 18:43 »

<insert socially appropriate greeting here>

Some wildly interesting facts about me:
  • Born and raised in Utrecht, Netherlands
  • Currently living in Christchurch, New Zealand
  • Likes knitting, crochet, D&D, boardgames, binge-watching various streaming shows, playing video games, and myriad other things as the mood strikes her
  • 36 years old
  • Cisgender, heterosexual female
  • Motto in life: 'Try not to be an *sshole'
  • Kinda worried about the state of the world

There's more, but this is a good starting point. I stumbled across QC a couple of months ago, and I love the variety and inclusiveness of the characters that Jeph has created. I can't wait to see where the storylines will cross, diverge, and/or merge in the future.

Greetings! (melts your lug wrench) :)

NOTE: This is an old joke from a gentleman who used to live in Aussieland and was a regular poster on the forums - until he went blind due to various medical reasons. :( We on the QC Welcoming Committee occasionally dust it off for such situations, especially when it's someone from Down Under joining us.

Welcome, newcomer. Having read everything twice means you have slightly less than doubled my readcount, congrats!

Feel no need to censor your profanity here; we're a fuckin' free-swingin' forum in that regard for the most part, but do be sure to read the forum rules, as we are certainly not a free-for-all.

Be sure to venture into the non-comic-based subfora, as there's quite a lot of emotionally and intellectually enriching stuff on there!
