Barmymoo, a very visible forum member until 2014 or so, whose memorable avatar is still here, has a son: AJ, Alexander John, was born this week.

PS:  For newer members of the forum, both Redball and Barmymoo were active here in the years up to 2014, and more occasionally after that.  In 2014 Redball visited the UK for a holiday and spent some time with Barmymoo; during that time they came together to a concert in Oxford that I was part of.  Here is my picture of them in the chapel of Exeter College, Oxford before the start of the concert:
