I was reading the Wachowski Brothers' new comic, issue #2 of "Doc Frankenstein" the other day, and as I was reading through the aerial dogfighting sequence from absolutely nowhere the Osmond's "Crazy Horses" popped into my head. Which made me wonder; does anyone else run a mental soundtrack when they read comics, or indeed books? Would QC's soundtrack simply be Jeph's recommend list? And if QC had a theme tune, what would it be?

Ummm, I don't usually run soundtracks for anything I'm reading, but as a writer I certainly think of songs as I'm writing.  =)

As for the QC theme song, I'd have to think on it and get back to you.

QC theme song................. not sure

but yeh. i do the theme song thing all the time. when i read a book and theres a certain scene say...a battle scene in one of my cheesy fantasy books i just imagine the song going with it. they are usually pretty silly choices as well.

iron maiden- fear of the dark. going with an epic battle

i kind of liked listening to nirvana's "in utero" while reading "das parfum" by patrick süskind. just because the song "scentless apprentice" is based on that book.... and because i like nirvana ;)
