Sorry, its just I havent thought about Sonic for AGES, and I really want a discussion about it.

You're perfectly entitled to think I'm sad, enjoying watching a small blue hedgehog with his little animal friends, but I love them!!!

Sonic was always second to Mario, but I loved the furball. Until Amy entered the picture.

I kinnda grew up with him. He was like the only halfway decent game we had. He was one of my major role model for me when I was little.

I started eating chili because of Sonic....before that, i feared it.

But yes, Sonic did kick ass. His knew shit is eye gougingly terrible though....the Sonic Team really dropped the ball after the Dreamcast....

I watched about one episode of Sonic X and nearly whept. It's so bad. Especially because Robotnik never called himself Eggman. That pisses me off. But the series is good s far as game mechanics, so I still love it.

Apparently you haven't been playing the older versions than- you can't play as Knuckles until Sonic 4("Sonic and Knuckles") came out in 1994. There were many sonic games prior to it.

Fun Fact- its a well known fact that when you patch Sonic and Knuckles on Sonic 1, you can play the 3d mini game(called "Blue Spheres")- but what isn't well known is there are over 140 MILLION levels in this bonus stage. I shit you not.

Okay, i did the math, but i'm terrible at math, so i'm probly wrong, so correct me if i am wrong, but lets play the hypothetical game!

Say you could beat each level on Sonic Spheres in 1 minute consistantly- each year has 525,600. There are 140,000,000 individual levels.

So does that mean it would take 266 years and 4 months to beat?

Meh...think Sonic and Shadow as Yin and Yang.....their both fast, strong and are hedgehogs! A perfect rival for Sonic.

meh bygones! lol. Besides that they both can manipulate Chaos Emeralds, Sonic with his Super Sonic and Shadow with Chaos Control.

I got my Genesis when i was 7. It came with Sonic 2.

I still play it today.

Along with;
Rocket Knight Adventures
Herzog Zwei (the original RTS game)
and that menacer gun - game thinger

Amy first came out in Sonic CD, for the Sega Genesis CD thingy- then she disappeared until Sonic Adventure, and has been a main character since. She's fairly useless, with a hammer and inability to go sonic fast, and the hammer doesn't always damage the villians. She a whiney little bitch who stalks Sonic, who wants nothing to do with her, cause she's a diseased slut.

Shadow came out in Sonic Adventure 2, and since then appeared in the next game, Sonic Heroes. He's an interesting character- an evil clone of sonic, made by robotnic, he's black where Sonic is blue. He's also got a pessmistic attitude, and instead of going "Super Sonic", he does this thing called Chaos Control. Don't know much about it.....
