I wish more records had shapes besides the circle, though yes on the part that plays it does have to be a circle but you know what I mean.  This is all I got, anyone else have anything interesting?

i don't actually own one of these, but seminal (and now defunct) australian gabber/drumnbass/hardcore (not in the punk/indie sense) record label bloody fist released this record as a final release:

they sell for about 100 bucks now. i wish i'd bought one when they were about 1/4 that price :(

How the hell would you play that fist?!

but the music sucks because the keyboards don't have the cold/mechanical sound they had but a wannabe techno sound that it's pathetic for Rammstein standars.

hmm so far better than my triangle...

The fist can be played, just look closely and you can see how far the actual part it plays on goes...

I don't have any shaped vinyls that can be played, but at the Folk Festival last year there was a little pavillion that sold homemade crafts, including vinyls that had been melted a little to form decorative bowls.

I bought the one made of Rush's All The World's A Stage. Damn right.

I don't have the vinyl, but TMBG's John Linnell released a single shaped like the U.S.

Alas, I have the regular circle shaped version of said record. I do own some shaped records, but alas, they are not as cool as the Ghostbusters one. I'm not sure anything is.

dj shadow remixed radiohead's "the gloaming" and had it on a 7" shaped like dick cheney's head, only he had horns and red devil eyes.

hilarity... i kinda wish i had ordered it at the time, though.  dj shadow's pretty good stuff.
