Help me....I need LOTR
« on: 14 May 2005, 05:29 »

SO i just downloaded every episode of the BBC Radio Dramatization of Lord of the Rings. The format is 'Real Audio' (y'know, for Real Player)

The Problem: I want to put them on my mp3 player but it won't play those damn 'Real Audio' files....

Can anybody tell me how to encode them to Winamp Media or something that is likley to work on my mp3 player?

Thanks.

I thought this better fit the computer forum, so I moved it.  I don't think what you're asking is possible, but give one of the more Windows savvy folks a chance to answer.

i don't mean to be overly facetious, but have you tried typing these words into google: "convert realmedia to mp3"

I did, and if i had any realmedia files (and don't get me wrong, i'm glad i don't) they would be converted by now.
