well its fairly simple, you just use this thread to brag in a brash manner about how many scene points you can claim. Hopefully other people will know what you're talking about ;)

I have seen Slint and Mogwai perform live, on a single gig lineup!

snobbery would be the use of the aforementioned boasting (yeah all right so it's not a very good choice of word) to look down on others and make fun of them. I was hoping to stimulate conversation about what may be considered 'awesome' bands to have seen etc.
