iTunes store = teh suck

I am now quite thoruoghly pissed to fucking high heaven at iTunes.
why? you might ask.
Because apparently I cant make an account without giving them a Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Dicover/Paypal
Notice, ther is no fucking none opition.
Apple says there is one, that you dont need to give out your credit card info. I've had people on this forum tell me that theres a none opition.
All i want to do is redeem one of the Pepsi song caps, which, btw, the button to input that is gone.
Any help?

Do you already have an apple id?  If not, make one on apple's web page and then try the iTunes thing again that way...

Once you have it made sign into iTunes using it.

protected aac format., and usually 128kbps.

I have seen higher than 128, and engadget (or slashdot?) reported that it is more frequent now to see beter quality on itunes, because the record companies encode the files, not apple.

YOU whited out the none option yourself.  I can see the difference in the JPG artifact thanks to paint brushes bad compression rate.  You can zoom in and see how there is a perfectly white box surounded by off color jpg artifact.

What kind of game are you trying to play?  Hopefully you are just joking.

Because I have my brightness and contrast turned way down It was easy to see.

I didn't photoshop that image, because I don't have photoshop, or for that matter, even paint. Do you know the hell I went through just to get a picture up here. A lot

My house has two computers, mine and everyone else's. Mine usued to be everyone else's. So I had to clean a great deal of things off the hard drive, and by some hellish accident I managed to delete the entire Applications folder. No calculater, no solitare, and no paint.

So to get this picture I had to take a screen shot of my desktop, put into Microsoft word, sent to myself as an attachment, then copy paste that into paint at a downstairs computer, accendently saved it as a 24 bitmap, then resave as a jpeg, put on to my photobucket account, then post it on this forum.

I did all that because I thought this forum had some decent people who could help me, but after my hours of trying to get this to work, I just get told that my picture of my problem is fake.

Thanks a lot. I won't ask for help from this forum again.

BTW, the "whited out space" that's perfectly square......It's not big enough to hold the none button or the word "none" after it.

Also do you only get the none opition if you already have an account?

I still think it's a fake... but I can admit that it is possible for the perfect white space to be a coincidence... Sorry if I hurt your feelings... but I am a bit of a prick.  Don't take it too personally.

To even think that was forged is ridiculous. There are artifacts near the black lines, caused by the black lines. There are no artifacts in the centre becase the space was plain white. JPEG works by splitting the image into, yes, that's right, PERFECT SQUARES, and creating an algoritm to aprroximate those squares. If a particular square is 100% white, or any other colour for that matter, it will be represented in the compressed version as a square of all that colour. If a square has more than one colour present, some pixels will be one colour, or close to it, and some will be the other colour, or close to it, and some will be inbetween. Also the very idea of forging it is absolutely preposterous.

In fact, perfect squares of white can be seen all over the damn image, any time it goes from an area with lines to an area that's plain white.
