Progress report. I've got the mix complied but I want to be artistic and make some nice packaging. Would have done it over the weekend but I was moving home. Will try to get mailing done by the end of the week.

I've been busy! Then I had to research mr nothingwitty and what he likes. I am sorry nothingwitty, we have realllllllllllllllly similar tastes, it seems. I'm trying to have stuff you might not have heard before... I still don't have the mix perfected: got all the songs, but the order is absolute trash.

My mix is burned, my cover is designed, and my hilarious and informative liner notes written. I just need to print the latter two and mail it. Which I will do tonight. God knows when it'll arrive.

I was gutted, there was so much more I wanted to put on.. gnnargh, was up 'till 1am getting it done in the end and I would have amde another CD if I could have. Printed off a quick and dirty cover and chucked in in a padded envelope this morning. Not 100% on the ordering I ended up with because I had to cut loads of stuff, especially on the second CD. Cursed 10 minute tracks.

Okay, everything's set, I just need to find a mechanism of transporting it across the country (CD case in an envelope, some kinda CD-envelope, any suggestions would be helpful) and c1utch will have his mix!

A standard cheap padded envelope big enough to fit a CD will do you, if they don't sell them in post offices where you are then any stationers will no doubt have them, but if you want to be totally sure to avoid damage then get a piece of stiff cardboard to go in there too so it won't get bent.

I'm shipping Tuesday since this is May long weekend anyhow; think I'll just put it in a jewel case, bubble-wrap it and then send it in an envelope. Sure makes the liners easier to create.
