getting album art onto ipod photo: help plz

kay so i just returned my non working ipod to bestbuy, got 299 99 store credit and got a 20gb ipod photo.
so far only 2 albums have had the album art display on my ipod.  is there some mysteriious was (or even obvious that im just missing) the import or otherwise find and use album art>
