So, if anyone's seen the indie flick "But I'm a Cheerleader", then they may recall the music played during the hot lesbian make-out scene.  Apparently the song played during said scene was by a band called Tattle Tale, which conveniently happened to break up about ten years ago.  So far it's proving to be damn hard finding anything, with the exception of an album up for sale, currently conning in at $159.  Ouch.

Any information or access to downloads would be mucho appreciated.

Thanks, bambinos.  May the Force be with you.

that slogan is a good slogan. so good, in fact, I think it should be applied to other things. like, "there's no wrong way to hit your spouse." or "there's no wrong way to commit nonconsentual sodomy."

Is that a good film? I remember reading a short description of it once and thinking I should try to see it. Needless to say I never did...

It's really cheesy and funny. HBO seems to have this fascination and plays it alot every now and then. If you get the chance to see it, go ahead. You might enjoy it.

Oh, and...

but the music sucks because the keyboards don't have the cold/mechanical sound they had but a wannabe techno sound that it's pathetic for Rammstein standars.

Yeah.  That's the main reason I saw it.  Too much of it was too cheesy though, and not enough lesbian makeouts.

The lead singer/guitarist of Tattle Tale's name is Jen Wood. She sings some back up vocals on Give Up (The District Sleeps Alone Tonight), by the Postal Service. She's very talented and worth looking into.  I don't have anything by Tattle Tale, unfortunitly...but try the search engine soulseek...or maybe even Ares.

I originally watched it for the lesbians.
Then continued watching after the complete lack of softcore porn and enjoyed the movie. It's nothing really ground breaking, its funny, cheesy at moments heart warming and at others stupid. I enjoyed watching it, and was actually a good help for me in my life, at that moment.

Ack.  Thanks a lot for the help.

But I'm a Cheerleader is a movie about, well, lesbians.  This girl gets recruited to go to a anti-gay camp when everyone she cares about (except her) seems to realize she's a lesbian.  It's only at the camp that she figures out that they're right, and if it's cheesy, it's meant to be.  It's sort of supposed to be like some 1950's or 60's sitcom and flamboyant in all directions.

That said, I shall continue the search for Tattle Tale!
