Fun fact, the PARTY HARD tattoo is actually lined up with my actual ribs

Owww!

I considered something similar, but I honestly don't think I could hack the pain. I'll save it till I have more meat there :D. I'm a Big Fan of Tom Paine, and the Song Tom Paines' Bones. Having already spoken out, saying I think lyric tattoos are the ones I encounter second most often as regrets, It'd be hypocritical of me not to acknowledge my views might change on the song and Tom Paine, so that's another reason for holding off.

But I'd my Bones illustrated (as you have) and then have text looking like scrimshaw 'Tom Paines Bones on my Sternum, and then His Books down one side of ribs, and the lyrics down the other.

But I will dance to Tom Paine's bones
Dance to Tom Paine's bones
Dance in the oldest boots I own
To the rhythm of Tom Paine's bones
I will dance to Tom Paine's bones
Dance to Tom Paine's bones
Dance in the oldest boots I own
To the rhythm of Tom Paine's bones

I also really like the dark enterior on your work, again, I don't think I could hack that.

It hurt a lot. It was the second one done that session and my adrenaline was gone.
I think I'm gonna get something similar on one of my legs, with the peeled back skin exposing an armored plate or some circuitry laced Into my muscles/bone

Guys guys guys I just went and got my lobes stretched up to 00g! Target size yaaaaaaaay. I'm really surprised at how much bigger it seems from 0g. I was gonna stay at this size mostly because I didn't think work would let me get away with anything bigger, but now that I'm actually seeing it, I'm not sure I'd go any bigger even if I could.

I am literally right now going to Omerica and ordering these...

...and hopefully I'll be healed by the time they actually arrive. That would be sweet

That's beautiful. I really like it. Can I ask what the motivation is? I'm planning on getting deer tattoos.

What would you expand with her?

Ps: the flat head shows it's a her, you used both genders.

Maybe it's transgendeer

Transgender white tail deer generally present as males, with peremenant antlers in single long spikes, or forks, without shedding or regrowth, and have a slightly triangular shape to their skull between the ears, while does have a flat skull. I could be wrong, but that's the general trend.

That sounds like the "my tattoos are horribly infected stage"... There should be two stages for tattoos,  "Kinda sore for a few days" and "awesome for the rest of your life".

Are you smearing them with feces or something?

Alrighty, I got some jewelry for you folks if you're the right sizes. I don't really recall if any of you have large enough lobes for these, but I am well past them and haven't needed them in a while, so I thought I'd see if any of you could use them.

These right here are single flare glass tunnels that are 19mm (3/4"). I can get some O-Rings for them when I get them auto-claved for ya if you like.

23mm Wearable (7/8") with a 24mm flare (7/8") double flared bloodwood solid plugs. These were made by Mike at Heartonsleeves.

and lastly 24mm Wearable (7/8") 25mm Flare (1") double flare bloodwood tunnels

They're all in great shape since I kept up with oiling the wooden plugs. No issues with cracks or anything in them, though some folks have issues with wearing used porous organics. Mainly I just want to get them to someone who I like that can use them, so all I'm really asking for is shipping costs. Just let me know if you are interested.

New plugs new plugs yaaaayyyyyyyyy! This is definitely an excellent boon to my quest to be a goddamn sharp-lookin' motherfucker.

Fun facts: Although it didn't make it into the picture, the jacket I'm wearing there has two Bottomless Pit badges. Kinda neat considering the pics I posted last night wearing my SKWM shirt

These plugs are so awesome! I <3 Omerica. I went with the single flare because I'm kind of paranoid and I just feel more secure with an o-ring on the back (plugs people: I'm aware this makes no sense).  The wearable area is a tad too big but probably not enough to justify going down to the smaller size. I just like my plugs to be snug and these have a bit of a gap between the back of my lobe and the o-ring. No biggie.

To summarise: Yay!

I kind of hate o-rings. But at bigger sizes they are not so awful. Mine have to be clear, though (the nitrile ones irritate my lobes), so I lose them super easily.

I'm much happier with double-flared or screw-on plugs.

Yeah, I used to get single flares out of fear of not being able to remove doubles. A mostly silly concern but one that reallllly had me going for a while. Then I got a pair of doubles and I told all single flares to die in a raging fire of hate.

Argh fuck cunt god damnit.

One of my eyebrow rings just ripped out. This is less brutal than it sounds as it has been rejecting for some time now and I expected this to happen sometime soon but god damnit this is annoying.

Now I have to go get it re-done and I really hate having to care for piercings. Oh well, hopefully the scar tissue will anchor the second attempt in? I might give it a few weeks so that I have money and also so that my other ring can have some time to calm the fuck down.

I'm thinking superglue would be bad for the piercing? I dunno though. But if you let this one heal without working too hard on the scar tissue, then yes, it will help anchor it. Just give your body time to completely heal.

I just bought a bunch of new jewelry on ebay. Why the crap have I never bought jewelry there before?! I always bought from bodyartforms.com and ebay is soooo much cheaper. It's maybe not as fancy, but this is stuff that will just be used for stretching.

Also I think I'm going to stretch my ears to an inch. I was at 3/4" before. Annnnd I might get my conches pierced. Maybe.

Yeah I'm going to give it a few months so that 1) I have money to pay my piercer and 2) so that it totally heals.

Thinking of getting my lip pierced while I'm there as well. Something similar to what Eris has going but I'd like to get a ring in there eventually as well...

I was just going to post the American dates but then I remembered we're all kinds of international here so....

As a person with a pretty big head, I think they could be pretty cool- no more glasses arms digging into your ears/constant adjusting at the optometrist! Hard to imagine it being comfortable holding that much weight out to the sides from a fairly shallow piercing though, even with the little nose support things.

Oh yeah, those were made as  bit of a prototype. They were never really intended to be done on any scale other than personal experiments. The problem with them mainly has to do with the weight of the lens. Even the lightest of lens are going to be a large amount of weight on the piercing compared to the jewelry, and with the Bridge being a surface piercing it's going to end up rejecting because of it. I love the idea but it isn't, nor was it really intended as, a practical solution.
