Can anyone recommend a good P2P program for Macs?  I've tried Limewire and but it doesn't have a lot.

Check out Nicotine.  It's basically the Mac version of Soulseek, as it runs off the same server.  Just google "soulseek for macs" and you should find a site pretty easily, along with instructions.
