For the final panel alone, it's pretty clearly Oneupsmanship.

I don't mean to offend, but is this is Penny Arcade message board?

That being said, the one with Jesus and Gabe shopping for Tycho.

Deathmole Jacques' head takes up the bottom half of the panel, with his words taking up the top half. He is not concerned about the life of his friend.

Hm. It's a toss up between two, really.

- Gabe and Kirby, frollicing in the sky on a rainbow. Div and Tycho, looking up with that 'oh dear lord' face.

- "Unicorn Insurance. I wouldn't want anything to happen to Starshine."

There are too many good ones, but as I was scanning through a couple of archived strips I came across this one, which made me do that thing where you try to laugh really, really quietly so that the other people in your office don't think you're a complete lunatic who laughs out loud at nothing, but then you just end up kind of sniggering for an extended period of time, which sounds just as weird, if not weirder.

Nerf.  It's all about the Nerf.

That, and Tetris: The New Shape of Fear.
