Man, yester day, because I had about an hour or so to kill, I listened to The Who's Tommy album from track 1 to 24 without hitting pause, or turning down the volume.  It was insane, I was so totaly out of it.  By the time pinball wizzard came on, I was totaly zonked out (for lack of a better word).  Has that ever happened to anyone else?  Like you just get so into a cd or piece of music that everything else gets blotted out for a bit?

The first time I listened to Spacemen 3. I was looking through my dad's Cds for the Smiths, saw Spacemen3. Put it on and stood in front of the stereo for 45 mins. I stood completely still all that time.

Got really stoned and listened to Zaireeka with some friends.  I thought I was on the ocean the whole time.

If we're talking drug related, I did way too much LSD and listened to Radioheads Hail to the Thief album. All opinions aside, you have to admit, that album has some weird fucking channel cross-fades goin' on. Then I started talking to the cornflakes box that was on the fridge, and clapping my hands in perfect time, which seemed a lot harder at the time than it actually is.

I believe there was also a point where I was just yelling "OVER MY DEAD BODY" over and over again long after Go To Sleep had stopped playing.

Then again, I'm of the opinion that using drugs is kinda cheating
