Ok, Stalaggh: fucked up noise band who, for vocals, gets a bunch of mental patients together, locks them up in a recording booth, and records them screaming out whatever fucked up emotions they're feeling at the time. It's quite possibly the most disturbing thing I've ever heard.

I have no idea what's going on so I'm just gonna name the best metal band ever (since I don't consider Rush metal): Dream Theater.

And Dream Theater is only metal sometimes, and even then, certainly not the best.

Dream Theater has one of the most skilled musicians i've ever heard.
If they went a little heavier, switched to a less whiny vocalist and got rid of the keyboards, i'd love them for the rest of my days.
