Yet Another Metal Thread

I saw Arch Enemy at the Chicago house of blues yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. Amott is one hell of a guitarist and Gossow does a pretty good job on vocals, air-guitar and air-drums :) Their older songs (the ones that i havent herd before because i only have Doomsday Machine) sounded better live than the new ones, so i'll probably going to dig a little deeper and buy some of their earlier cds.
The opening bands were kind of meh, except, maybe Hate Eternal, but their songs were somewhat repetitive and that "taka taka taka" drum got really annoying after second or third song.

I think ABBA are the most metal band out there, and only Therion happen to agree with me, but liking Disturbed doesn't make them metal.

Wasn't meant to be mean. It just really doesn't matter to me whether you like them or not. And you just made yourself look like a tool. On another note: There's upwards of 15 different genres of metal, and unless you specify, black, death, viking, power, folk ect. You really can't nitpick.
