Trivium plays Master Of Puppets all the times.

Also, Mouth For War is easier than Walk.

I don't listen to much Metallica, therefore I haven't heard that song. I'll listen to it now, and since it's an 8 and a half minute song, if I can learn it all in less than 15 minutes(starting from when I first listen to the song), I will consider it not difficult at all.

TrueNeutral:
Hey, I'm not defending Trivium here, they write terrible music, but you gotta give 'em more credit than being able to just play Walk.

Also, when I heard Disturbed play it, it was before Dimebag was killed, so it's not really in 'tribute'. They just wanted to play Walk.

LadyValerie:
Personally, I have a prejudice towards Trivium. I know they're competant players, but as you said they are not good song writers. I just really don't like them in any way.

Still listening to Master of Puppets. It's almost over.

Edit: ok, it's over.

Borondir:
Trivium, much as I dislike them, has some talent.

Disturbed on the other hand...are basically what everyone has been calling, them, a poor hard rock band that got lumped in with all the nu-metal bands.  Playing power chords and screaming sometimes does not a metal band make.

Also, while I respect them as musician's to an extent, Pantera is really rather boring. And I partially blame them for jumpstarting nu-metal, though they weren't really themselves.
