Music with Spanish Vocals

Hmmm, i would whole heartly suggest Juanes, really quite good vocalist with strong guitar.
Early shakira is good aswell.
Depending on what ur looking for, Eddy Herrera, or Olga Tanon might full fill ur craving.

Los Lobos . do a bunch of songs in spanish, and they rock pretty hardcore for straight-up rock mixed with more traditional mexican influences.
On a harder edge and also from L.A. come Calavera a band that is equal parts GBH and psychobilly.
I've heard of Tijuana No! supposedly the first Mexican punk band, but I never found anything of theirs, so that probably isnt too much help.
Finally, also somewhat psychobilly related, Speed Crazy do a fantastic cover of "Por Que te Vas" with Erica, the bassist, taking over vocals.

Non-Point puts out some pretty decent metal with Spanish vocals. "Orgullo" is an exxxcellent track.

Mars Volta are actually less coherent in Spanish.
